Band Director / Music Instructor

Joelle is a multi-talented individual, excelling in various roles within the music industry. Not only is she a professional vocalist, but she is also a band director, music teacher, musician, opera singer, gospel artist, chorale trainer, and vocal coach. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Joelle has dedicated the past seven years of her life to being a Music Educator, making a profound impact on the lives of countless students.

Originally hailing from the exquisite Island of Jamaica, Joelle's musical journey began there, where she immersed herself in its vibrant music scene. She honed her skills and gained valuable experience on her beloved island. To further her musical education, Joelle pursued a degree in Bachelor of Music Education from the esteemed Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts.

Throughout her musical career, Joelle has had the honor of serving as the lead soprano for the Greater Grace Temple church choir for over a decade. Additionally, she lent her soprano talents to the Emmanuel Choir for approximately two years and the Edna Manley College Choir for five years. It was her unwavering passion for creating harmonious and uplifting worship experiences that led Joelle to extend her expertise as a vocal trainer to churches in need of accompaniment, guidance, and support.

In addition to her choral work, Joelle was also a prominent soprano in the URIM7 gospel band. This groundbreaking band made waves in the music industry by blending gospel, reggae, R&B, jazz, and contemporary music genres. Joelle's involvement with URIM7 took her on both local island tours and tours across the United States, including a memorable performance at the White House in Washington DC.

Joelle's dedication to sharing her knowledge and passion for singing and music is truly inspiring. Through her diverse musical endeavors and her commitment to teaching, she has left an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of those she has encountered.
